摘要
目的 研究脑出血患者并发心律失常的危险因素。方法 按有或无心律失常将 12 5例脑出血患者分为两组 ,对其出血部位、出血量、高血压病持续时间、是否并发低钾血症、有无糖尿病史、高血脂症史进行回归分析。结果 在单因素及多因素条件Logistic回归分析中 ,出血部位、出血量、低钾血症均为心律失常的危险因素。结论 出血部位、出血量。
Objective To study the risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage patients accompanied by arrhythmic.Methods 125 patients of cerebral hemorrhage were divided into arrhythmic and non arrhythmic groups.The clinical features such as the hemorrhage site, bleeding volume.the duration of hypertension,diabetes mellitus, hyperlipmia and hypokalemia were carefully collected and analyzed with single factor logistic regression and multiple factor logistic regression.Results The single factor and multiple factor analysis both showed that the hemorrhage site ,bleeding volume, hypokalemia were the risk factors of arrhythmic. Conclusion The bleeding site,amount of bleeding,hypokalmia may be the independence risk factor of cerebral hemorrhage patients accompanied by arrhythmic
