摘要
对漏电保护旁路接地的选相最佳方案进行了分析计算。得出nU_0正向移相ψ度后与各正常相电圧叠加可使故障相电压最小,它的幅值与非故障相中较小的那一相电压幅值之比——K值小于0.8,使选相正确可靠。文中以660V电网为例算出了具体n、ψ值,并对旁路接地动作值的整定与配合、旁路电阻值的确定等问题作了分析论述。
The analysis and the calculation of the optimum phase selection project of the bypass earth-leakage protection are carried out. It is found out that the superposition of the nVo and the voltage of carh normal phase after positive phase shifty y'can minimize the voltage of the fault phase with the ratjo of its range to the voltage range of the smaller phase in the noufault phase k , of which the value is less than 0.8, making the phase selection correet and reliable. In this article, taking the 660v electric network as an example, the specific values of n and (?) are obtained, and the problems of setting and matching the action value of bypass earthing. and edtermining the value of bypass resistance are analysed and discussed.
