摘要
目的 总结有限内固定结合外固定治疗 pilon骨折的疗效及并发症。方法 分析本院1996年以来采用本法治疗的19例和其他方法治疗的20例比较X片复位质量 ,疗效和并发症。结果 放射学评价 :满意率84.2 % ;临床疗效评价 :优良率73.7% ,并发症发生率16 % ;软组织并发症发生率0 %。结论 两法放射学评价和临床疗效相当 ;本法能降低并发症的发生率 。
Objective To summarize the effect and complication of treatment for Pilon fracture using limited internat fixation combined with external fixation. Methods 19 cases of Pilon fracture treated with limited fixation combined with external fixation and 20 cases of Pilon fracture treated with other methods since 1996 were analyzed according to x-ray, clinical effect and complication. Results The overall satisfying rate was 84.2%(85%)by radiology, 73.7%(80%)of total cases were regard as excellent and the complication of soft tissue was 0%(20%). Conclusion However the clinical effect of this method was similar to the others, this new method can decrease the complication of Pilon fracture, especially in soft tissue complication and lowered the incidence of collapse of bone joint.
