摘要
通过对MLS—170型双滚筒采煤机牵引部液压系统故障的分析,探讨应用模糊数学理论,建立故障诊断的模糊矩阵模型。并用C语言编写故障诊断软件,以求快速可靠地诊断和预测采煤机牵引部液压系统的故障。
Through the analysis of the fault in the hydraulic system of the haulage unit of type MLS3-170 doubledrum shearer, the application of fuzzy mathematics theory is explored and thus the fuzzy mat(?) pattern for fault diagnosis is established. Futhermore the software of fault diagnosis is compiled in C language so that the fault of the hydraulic system in the haulage unit of the shearer can be diagnosed and predicted rapidly and reliably.
