下颌切牙先天缺失患者错关系的调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :通过对下颌切牙先天缺失患者的观察了解其错牙合关系的情况。方法 :对第四军医大学口腔医学院正畸科门诊 1999— 2 0 0 1年 30 0 0余例病例进行调查 ,其中下颌切牙先天缺失 78例 ,观察其咬合关系 ,测量其覆牙合、覆盖、拥挤度。结果 :下颌切牙先天缺失咬合关系多为AngleⅠ类 ,上颌拥挤度平均值为7.11± 5 .5 6 92 ;下颌拥挤度平均值为 - 0 .5 735± 1.970 0 ;覆牙合平均值为 3.70 5 9± 2 .0 5 6 5 ;覆盖平均值为3.882 4± 2 .6 2 87。结论 :下颌切牙先天缺失 ,其咬合关系多为AngleⅠ类关系 ,下颌前牙并无过多间隙 ,通过上颌拥挤度的增加、覆牙合和覆盖的加大来补偿维持Ⅰ类关系所需间隙。在矫治这类错牙合畸形时应按情况拔除上颌牙齿或开辟下颌间隙再镶牙 。 AIM:To observe the occlusal characters of cases with congenital missing lower incisors. METHODS: Cases of congenitally missing lower incisors were collected in clinics. Occlusal relationships was observed. Overbite,overjet,and degree of crowding were measured.RESULTS:The occlusal relationships of missing lower incisor was mainly class Ⅰ.Average maxillary crowding was 7.11±5.5692. Mandibular crowding was -0.5735±1.9700. Average overbite was 3.7059±2.0565. Average overjet was 3.8824±2.6287.CONALUSION:The occlusal relationships of cases with congenital missing lower incisor are mainly class I .There is no superfluous space in lower labial segment. By means increasing of maxillary crowding and enlargement of overjet and deepening of overbite compensate the space which need to maintain the class I relationship . Extraction of maxillary teeth or space opening for prosthetic replacements, can resolve the tooth size discrepancy in both arches.
