卡维地洛与细胞增殖及凋亡关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 卡维地洛是新的第三代 β肾上腺素受体阻滞剂 ,具有α和 β受体阻断、钙拮抗、抗氧化、抗细胞增殖及抑制心肌细胞凋亡等作用。可用于高血压、动脉粥样硬化、充血性心力衰竭的治疗。
