摘要
目的 :探讨胫骨结节抬高术治疗髌股关节炎的疗效。方法 :本组 32例中髌股间隙狭窄 2 4例 ,间隙消失 8例 ,其中髌骨外移 12例。对 32例全部行胫骨结节抬高 ,平均抬高 1～ 1.5 cm ,同时行磨损软骨下骨钻孔术。结果 :本组病例均获随访 ,平均随访 2 .3年 ,结果术后疼痛明显改善 ,优 18例 ,良 11例 ,可 3例 ,优良率为 90 .6 %。结论
Objective:To investigate the effect of the operation of elevation of tibial tubercle on patello-femoral ostea arthritis.Methods:An operation of elevation of tibial tubercle to an average distance of 1.0 cm～1.5 cm with decmpression by trephination under the abradant cartilage of patella was performed in 32 cases,the original X-ray showed a narrowed inter-patello-femoral space in 24 cases and an obliterated space in 8 and 12 cases among them had lateral displacement of patella.Results:There was a remarkable improvement of pain after operation with an average follow-up period of 2.3 years in all of the cases,out of which 18 were in the excellent group,11 in the good group and 3 in the fair group and the overall satisfactory rate was 90.6 %.Conclusion:The operation of elevation of tibial tubercle combined with trephination under the abradant patellar cartilage is a reliable and recommendable procedure to cure patello femoral osteo-arthritis.
