摘要
缆索起重机是大中型水利水电工程混凝土施工用的关键设备,其选型与布置,直接影响到工程的顺利建设。本文分别对现代缆索起重机的机型、塔高和塔架型式、工作级别、额定起重量、跨距垂度和水平力、承载索铰点高程和视线坡角、工作速度、生产率、非正常工作区和双层布置共10个有关的问题,作了阐述和讨论,以供今后选型和布置的参考。
Cable crane is one kind of the most important equipments used for placement of fresh concrete in the construction of some large and medium water power stations, and the suitable selection and arrangement of the cable cranes may be relevant to the speedy and successful construction of these projects. In this treatise, there are 10 problems being explained and discussed, the topics are: types of cable cranes; tower height and tower construction; work classification; nominal hoisting weight; span sag and horizontal force; height level of pivot point of track rope and sight angle; working speed; production rate; abnormal working area; two layers arrangement of cable cranes. These discussions may supply references for the selection and arrangement of cable cranes for the coming projects in China.
