摘要
西部的民族自治地方,不仅要借助西部大开发的优惠政策,而且要借助民族区域自治立法,加快经济和社会的发展。发挥民族区域自治立法的作用,需要开拓创新,有新的设想。
National autonomous regions in Western China should ac c elerate their social and economic development by relying not only on the prefere ntial policies towards developing Western China, but on the legislation on natio nal regional autonomy as well. To give full play to the legislation on national regional autonomy, what is needed is pioneering and creativity and new ideas.
