摘要
利用气相色谱 质谱联用技术对植物沙漠绢蒿挥发油化学成分进行了分析研究。从这种植物挥发油中分出 5 2个成分 ,鉴定出 34个成分 ,所鉴定的成分占挥发油色谱总峰面积 73 2 9%。
The essential oil from Seriphidium santolinum(Schrenk) Poljak was analyzed by capillary GC-MS method.52 compounds were obtained and 34 compounds of them were identified.There content was 73.29% of the identified compounds.The relative percentages of the constituents were determined by GC-method.The main chemical components of the oil were 3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6,10-dodecatrien-3-ol,5,5-dimethyl-1-ethyl-1,3-cyclopentadiene,decahydro-1,1,7-trimethyl-4-methylene-[lar-(1a.α,4a.α,7.β,7a.β,7b.α)]-1H-cyclopropazulen-7-ol,camphor,etc..
