摘要
目的 :本实验采用 D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠 ,探讨补益类方药天地汤及其纳米制剂对小鼠的抗衰老作用及其机制 ,观察纳米制剂能否更有效的改善机体的抗氧化能力。方法 :测定小鼠血清一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性 ,血清 NO含量 ,肝组织匀浆脂褐素 (L PF)含量 ,观察上述指标的变化情况 .以了解自由基对机体的损伤程度以及天地汤超声波水提液及其纳米制剂对上述指标的影响。结果 :天地汤及其纳米制剂可提高小鼠血清 NOS活性 ;使血清中 NO含量增加 ;肝组织匀浆中 L PF含量降低。结论 :天地汤纳米制剂改善小鼠机体抗氧化机能优越于超声波水提液。
Objective:A D-galactose-induced model of senile mice was used in this experiment to evaluate antiaging effect and action mechanism of Tianditang nano-pharmaceutics and its ultrasonic wave extract, to establish whether the nano-pharmaceutics can improve antiaging effect . Methods:We investigated the activities of nitric oxide the synthetic enzyme (NOS) in serum,the content of nitric oxide (NO) in serum and lipofuscin (LPF) in the liver the effects of Tianditang nano-pharmaceutics and its ultrasonic wave extract on the above indexes . Results: Tianditang nano-pharmaceutics and its ultrasonic wave extract could increase the activities of NOS and the content of NO in serum , and decrease the content of LPF in the liver. Conclusions: The effects of Tianditang nano-pharmaceutics is superior to its ultrasonic wave extract.
