摘要
研究了一种外副驱动的3平动自由度并联机床整机结构动力学建模方法。该方法借助子结构综合思想,将整机结构划分为机架、连杆和动平台三个子结构,用有限元法分别构造各自的动力学方程,再利用变形协调条件得到考虑机架弹性的整机动力学模型。该方法可避免采用商用有限元软件必须针对不同位形重新划分网格的局限性,便于揭示结构参数对低阶模态的影响及其在整个工作空间内的变化规律,故为这类机构一结构耦合复杂时变系统的动刚度快速预估和动态设计奠定了坚实的理论基础。
The dynamic model of a tripod-based parallel machine tool is built with consideration of the flexibility of the machine frame. The system is divided into several substructures such as frame, struts and platform. Finite element method is used to formulate the equations of motion of each substructures, which can then be synthesized into the dynamic model of the entire system using the free-interface CMS technique. The method may provide a useful tool for the quick prediction of the dynamic behavior of a machine-structure coupled system in the conceptual design stage.
