A ligand N'ferrocenylcarbonylNbenzy1 hydrazine and it's eight bivalent transitional metals (Ⅱ) MLmCl2·nH2O(M=Mn2+,Fe2+,Co2+,Ni2+,Cu2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+;m=1～2;n=0～3) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, thermal analysis, IR and 1 HNMR. The complexes coordination pattern has been suggested.
