水平管油水两相分层紊流流动的数值研究 被引量:12

NUMERICAL STUDY OF STRATIFIED OIL-WATER TWO-PHASE TURBULENT FLOW IN A HORIZONTAL TUBE

摘要 采用VOF模型对水平管油水两相分层流动进行了数值模拟,分析了两相表观速度以及粘度、密度等物性参数对截面相含率和压降的影响,计算结果表明:截面相含率主要由两相表观速度比决定,受粘度和密度等物性参数的影响较小;而压降受两相表观速度和物性参数的影响都较大。 Stratified oil-water two-phase turbulent flow in a horizontal tube is numerically simulated using Volume of Fluid (VOF) model. RNG κ-εmodel combined with a near-wall low-Re turbulence model is applied to each phase and continuum surface force approximation is adopted for surface tension. Predictions agree well with available data in literature. Results of calculations at various flowrate, viscosity and density show: The hold-up mostly depends on flowrate ratio and little on physical properties of two phases, whereas, the pressure loss strongly depends on both flowrate ratio and physical properties.
