国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗的接种反应及免疫效果 被引量：12

摘要 目的 了解国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗接种后的反应及免疫效果,为大面积接种提供依据。方法在市辖区内随机选择了452名2～6岁儿童,接种冻干水痘减毒活疫苗。结果 疫苗接种后在452人中,出现6例发热,1例皮疹,1例过敏性紫癜,总反应率为1.7％;抗体阳转率为92.26％,抗体GMT为10.99。免疫后与免疫前比较抗体水平差异有非常显著意义(X^2=8.83,P≤0.01)。结论 国产冻干减毒活疫苗接种后反应轻微,安全性好,免疫效果理想。
