摘要
开展重要地质灾害区调查评价是国土资源大调查的基本任务之一。在国土资源大调查中 ,地质灾害调查项目已全面启动 ,确定地质灾害调查项目评价方法与建立评价指标体系显得迫切而重要。本文根据地质灾害调查项目的性质和特点 ,探讨了地质灾害调查项目社会评价指标体系 ,从社会对项目需求程度和项目对社会效益与影响两方面选择定性与定量的评价指标。
It is a main mission of land and resource investigation to develop investigation appraisal in major geological disaster regions. The investigation project of geological disaster has been comprehensively carried out during the investigation of land and resources. It is very urgent and important that defining evaluation method and establishing evaluation index system. According to properties and characteristics of investigation projects on geological disasters, the paper discusses social evaluation index system of investigation project on geological disaster.It also gives comments on choosing qualitative analysis index and quantitative analysis index in the context: demand level from the society,and social returns and social benefits from project.
