摘要
本文把内齿轮插齿刀的设计归结为一个多目标的优化问题,建立了优化的数学模型。并利用专家系统理论建立了内插刀设计的知识系统(包括知识库、数据库、公式库等)和推理机等,探讨了用专家系统技术解内啮合插齿刀优化设计的问题。
In this parer, design of internal gear shaper cutter may be included in a multi-purpose optimum. A optimal mathematical model is derived, knwledge-system of in ternal shaper cutter (including knowledge-storage, data-storage, formula-starage and etc.)is set up. Optimal designing of gear shaper cutter for Internal mesh is discussed by specifical system.
