渗碳齿轮钢接触疲劳性能的研究

摘要 就五种国外渗碳齿轮钢和目前国内普遍使用的20CrMnTi渗碳齿轮钢,经渗碳热处理和强化喷九处理后,进行了接触疲劳快速法强度试验,以及显微硬度分布、残余应力、断口分析等较系统的试验研究。结果表明,除了SAE8620钢比20CrMnTi钢的接触疲劳强度极限低外,其它四种钢ZF_7、20MnCr5、SCM420H(脱气)、SCM420H与20CrMnTi钢相当;接触疲劳强度与其表面有效硬化层深度关系密切;喷丸处理后的试件,和冶炼时采用特殊脱气工艺(简称脱气)的钢材,其试验数据离散性小,接触疲劳强度高。 A series of contact fatigue strength rapid tests are done using five kinds of foreign carburized gear steels and home 20CrMnTi carburized gear steel after the carburizing heat treatment and the shot peening treatment. The distributions of microhardness were determined, the changes in residual stress were measured, and the spalling breaks were analyzed. The results show that the contact fatigue strength of four kinds of steels ZF_7, 20MnCr5, SCM420H (degassing), SCM420H are equivalent to steel 20CrMnTi, and the strength of steel SAE8620 is lower than that of 20CrMnTi. The contact fatigue strength is in close relationship with the effective depth of the hardened case. As concerns the specimens after shot peening and the specific degasified steels, the contact fatigue life is high, and the dispersion ratio of test data is low.
