摘要
本文通过对大量发动机性能试验数据的分析和统计,提出了一种比较简单实用的预测拖拉机柴油机燃料经济性的效学模型。在绝大多效情况下,在常用的转速和负荷范围内,利用这一模型所得的预测值和实测值的误差小于5%,在这一模型的基础上,结合拖拉机农具机组牵引性能指标的预测程序,可预测拖拉机在田间或道路条件下的油耗,预测精度可满足工程需要。
In this paper, fuel consumption model of diesel engine for tractor is developed based on statistical analysis for a lot of test data to predict fuel economics of tractor. This model is simple in form and practical in use. The relative error for predicting compared with those obtained in the tests is under 5%. Based on this model and the program of predicting tractive characteristics for tractor, fuel consumption can be predicted when tractor is working on road or off-road. The accuracy is reasonable.
