摘要
本文从运动学和动力学角度出发,结合流体动力润滑理论,建立了活塞在气缸内运动的物理模型和数学模型。经计算和实验表明:活塞在上止点附近,当活塞由非推力面快速地移向推力面时,对缸套具有较大的冲击能量。此外,作者还分析了活塞主要结构参数对活塞横向运动的影响,并提出了减振、降噪的措施。
Beginning with Danalbo principle and with the theory hydrodnamic lubrication, this paper builds up physical and mathematical models of the piston transverse movement. The results of calculating and experimenting show that the first and largest slap of impact between the piston and the liner occurs around the top dead center from the nonthrust to the thrust face. In addition, the authors analyze the influence of parameters on piston transverse movement and provide some methods to reduce noise and vibration in reciprocating engines.
