摘要
分析了中国加入WTO后丘陵山区县实现耕地总量平衡存在的问题,提出了加入WTO后丘陵山区县实现耕地总量平衡的对策和措施。
The problems of the dynamic balance of total amount of cultivated land of the counties in hilly regions after China's entry into WTO are analyzed and some countermeasures for their solution are proposed.
