摘要
目的 :观察输炎宁搽剂外用的抗炎、化瘀及镇痛的作用。方法 :采用了小鼠耳廓肿胀度试验、小鼠腹部皮肤通透性试验、大鼠足趾试验、家兔局部创伤性瘀斑试验和小鼠的镇痛试验。结果 :输炎宁搽剂均抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓和腹部皮肤毛细血管通透性的亢进和蛋清致大鼠足趾的肿胀 ,并可促进家兔局部创伤性瘀斑的消退和提高小鼠对热致痛反应的痛阈值 ,与生理盐水比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :输炎宁搽剂外用具有抗炎。
Objective:To study the effects of anti-inflammatory, removing stasis and analgesia of Shuyanning Liniment.Methods:Animal experiments of inflammatory in mice auricles induced by exlene, swelling degrees of rat's toes induced by egg white, the permeability of abdominal skin capillary induced by xylene in mice, the blood stasis induced by injury in rabbit and pain induced by hot-plate in mice have been used.Results:The experiment studies showed that Shuyanning Liniment could markedly inhibit the inflammatory reaction in mice auricles, the permeability of abdominal skin capillaries in miced and swelling degrees of rat's toes, promoted the local extinction of blood stasis and inhance the pain threshold of mice pedis.Conclusion:The experiment studies demonstrated that Shuyanning Liniment possessed the effects of anti-inflammatory, removing stasis and analgesia.
