摘要
振动是印刷机械中一个比较严重的问题。为了避免振动 ,通过动力学建模和工作过程仿真准确描述系统特征及动力学特性是非常必要的。本文针对一个典型的印刷机械传动系统 ,用一种新的方法模拟扭转振动 ,估算了系统固有频率及主振型 ,并对振动响应和动力学载荷因子进行了预测。
It is well known that vibration can be a serious problem in printing equipment. To avoid vibration, it is important to predict system characteristic and dynamic performance through dynamic modeling and working process simulation. A new method of simulating torsional vibration for the power transmission system of a typical printing equipment is described. System natural frequencies and mode shapes are evaluated. Vibration responses and dynamic load factors are predicted. Predicted results are consistent with the test results.
