摘要
研究了 4种大孔吸附树脂吸附苹果汁中富马酸的效果 ,其中XAD - 2大孔吸附树脂对富马酸的吸附能力最强 ,此外还研究了XAD - 2大孔吸附树脂的等温吸附曲线 ,测定并分析了XAD - 2大孔吸附树脂的动态动力学曲线以及影响动态动力学曲线的因素 ,结果表明 :XAD -2等温吸附曲线属于L型平衡曲线 ;树脂柱操作流速、果汁 pH值等是影响XAD -
The absorption effect of four kinds of macro-porous resins to fumaric acid was researched,and among them ,the static absorption capacity of XAD-2 macro-porous resin to fumaric acid in apple juice was largest. The isotherm of XAD-2 macro-porous resin to fumaric acid was studied ,and it was shown that the isotherm belong to Langmuir curve. The dynastic kinetics of XAD-2 macro-porous resin to fumaric acid was determined and analyzed ,and it was indicated the flow rate and pH of apple juice obviously influced the curves of XAD-2 macro-porous resin dynastic kinetics.
