摘要
在现代漂白化学浆制浆厂中 ,二氧化氯是无元素氯漂白技术 (ECF)的关键化学品。二氧化氯的工业化制备过程是基于氯酸盐在强酸性条件下被甲醇或过氧化氢等还原剂还原。作者在本文中综述了几种主要的二氧化氯制备过程的化学反应机理和工艺流程 。
Chlorine dioxide (ClO 2) is the key chemical in a modern ECF bleach plant to produce fully bleached chemical pulps. Chlorine dioxide generation technology is generally based on the reduction of sodium chlorate at a high acidity by chemicals, such as methanol and hydrogen peroxide. In this paper, the chemistry and process layout of the main ClO 2 manufacturing processes were reviewed. Also, the recent development of the commercial process involving the use of co-reducing agents, as well as the associated benefits, was discussed.
