关于中国薄板坯连铸连轧的工艺装备优化和投资问题 被引量:8

摘要  20世纪90年代后期以来,薄板坯连铸—连轧工艺在中国得到了较快的发展。在近期内,中国薄板坯连铸—连轧作业线的产能将占全球薄板坯连铸—连轧总产能的20%~30%。中国发展薄板坯连铸—连轧工艺的特点如下:以生产≤2mm热轧薄带(有的企业甚至以0.8~1.8mm为主)为切入点,在开始阶段与常规带钢生产流程构成合理分工,促进中国板带产量的增长,满足国民经济发展的需求。流程的特点主要是与已有的高炉—转炉流程匹配、衔接,这与国际上以电炉匹配为主比较,易于发挥热轧机的产能,而且钢质相对洁净,同时注意追求薄板坯连铸—连轧作业线的规模效益,设计规模以年产200~250万t为主流,甚至展望280万t/a。与此同时,注意快速发挥产能。在引进国际先进工艺、装备过程中,注意工艺装备参数的改进、优化和装备制造的国产化,降低单位产品的投资额。可以展望,薄板坯连铸机至热轧带钢轧机作业线的实际投资额有可能做到1000元/t左右。 Since the end of 1990's,the thin slab castingrolling route has been developed quickly in China.The capacity of thin slab castingrolling in China will be 20 %~30 % of that in globe in the near future.The features of the route in China are as follows:the first step is to produce hot strip thinner than 2 mm(0.8~1.8 mm for some companies) to divide the work reasonably with traditional route at the beginning period and then to promote strip output in China.The feature of the route is to match with the existing BFBOF process which is better than matching with EAF process for its fully use of rolling mill capacity and its cleaner quality.The most design capacity are 2.0~2.5 mil.t/a,even 2.8 mil.t/a for some steel plant recently.The attention is paid to optimizing the process parameters and domestic manufacturing of the imported equipments and reducing the investment. It's expected that the unit investment of thin slab castingrolling line can be reduced to about 1000 /t recently.
