摘要
本文阐述了股票期权的理论基础和对经理激励的效果 ,分析了我国的企业 ,在引入经理股票期权制度时会面临的障碍和困难 ,并提出了解决的对策和建议。
This text has explained the theoretical foundation and the result of the Executive Stock Option,has analyzed enterprises of our country, the obstacle and difficulty that can face while introducing Executivestock option system, and has put forward the countermeasure and suggestion solved.
