比较优势和竞争优势的特点是什么?为什么要确立"知识产权优势"新概念?本文对这些问题作一些探讨,提出并论证中国除了要发挥动态比较优势和一般竞争优势之外,还必须重点地突出培育和发挥第三种经济优势———"知识产权优势"或"知识产权型竞争优势"(属于海派经济学提出的原创性新概念)。
What are the distinguishing features of comparative advantage and competitive advantage? Why do we put forward the new conception of knowledge property advantage? This essay will give some answers to these questions. In China, We should not only give full play to dynamic comparative advantage and general competitive advantage, but also pay attention to and make use of another economic advantage--knowledge property advantage.
