摘要
目的 :为SARS诊治方案制订和规范化诊治提供依据。方法 :采用计算机技术、统计学方法和帕雷托(VilfredoPareto)法对医嘱信息进行统计分析。结果 :建立SARS诊断治疗数据库 ,提供SARS诊治中西药、检验、检查、治疗、护理和膳食的医嘱内容的各类项目证据 ,模拟出专家诊治方案的主要选择项目、次要选择项目和参考项目内容。结论 :对指导和规范SARS救治工作具有重要作用和价值。
Objective:provide basis of program formulation and standardization in SARS diagnosis and treatment Methods:use computer technique, statistical method and Vilfredo Pareto method to statistic and analyze the information of medical order Results: set up data base of SARS diagnosis and treatment, offer every concrete evidence of medical order, such as medicine treatment (the Chinese traditional and west), clinical examination, physical examination, medical treatment nursing and food,than to imitate the main, subordinate and reference items which specialists have used in SARS treatment Conclusion: It is important and valuable to guide and standardize the rescue and treatment work in SARS patient
