单高压法硝酸尾气超标原因及改进措施

摘要 针对单高压硝酸装置生产中出现的尾气超标问题进行理论分析和模拟实验验证 ,最后认定造成问题的原因是由于空气提升器周围配管不当 ,影响了空气提升器效果。通过采取相应的措施 ,保证了尾气达标排放。 In the light of the tail gas from the mono-pressure nitric acid production unit exceeding the standard, a theoretical analysis is made, and a simulated experiment is carried out for verification; it is eventually believed that the cause is the incorrect joining of the tubes around the air-lift, which affects the efficiency of the air-lift. With appropriate measures taken, the venting of the tail gas in conformity with the standard is thus assured.
