摘要
构型设计和尺度设计是并联机床设计的关键。该文针对并联机床虚拟样机开发中的构型设计展开研究,给出了并联机床虚拟样机设计流程和系统结构,提出了并联机床虚拟样机概念设计的集成设计方法,该方法集成了4种相辅相成、互为补充的并联机床构型设计方法,举例说明了设计要求输入、运动分配规划、概念设计、运动学分析设计和三维实体建模仿真等关键问题的解决方案。开发了集成化、可视化的并联机床虚拟样机概念设计软件包。
Configuration and dimensional designs are the most important techniques in parallelmachinetool (PMT) design. A design flow and a system structure were developed for configuration design in PMT virtual prototyping development. The method integrates four interactional PMT configuration design methods for PMT conceptual design. A design sample was given to illustrate the key techniques in conceptual design for PMT virtual prototyping such as design requirement specification, motion dispatching, conceptual design, kinematic analysis and design, 3D modeling and simulation. A software package was developed for PMT virtual prototyping conceptual design with Unigraphics development tools (UG/Open and UG/Open++) and Visual C++.
