摘要
本文采用二氧化碳激光治疗 14 0例腋臭病人。 14 0例患者术后 1个月痊愈 10 0例 ,2个月内痊愈 2 0例 ,2个月以上痊愈 10例 ,仅 5例术后仍有不良气味。本组病例与同期行外科手术治疗的 14 0例腋臭患者比较 ,二氧化碳激光治疗腋臭具有痊愈快 ,无并发症的优点 ,值的推广。
Background:Axillary osmidrosis is a distressing disorder charicterized by unpleasant odor,profuse sweating,and occasional staining of clothes.Various types of surgical procedures have been developed for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Objective:Introduce a more effective and simple odor measurement method for axillary osmidrosis.Methods:140 patients with axillary osmidrosis were treated by carbon dioxide laser vaporization and 140 patients with the disease were treated by surgical operation.Results:one hundred of 140 patients had recovered in 1 month,20 patients in 2 months and 10 in 3 months after they received CO 2 laser vaporization.Conclusion:Compared with surgical operation,CO 2 laser vaporization in treatment of osmidrosis has the advantages of a high success rate,no complication,no admission treatment and rapid recovery.
