摘要
以摩尔比为1.0:1.2的4-氨基苯乙酮和氯乙酸为原料,在4 mol·L^(-1)碳酸钠溶液中,反应6h,合成4-氨基已酸苯乙酮,反应温度为90℃,收率可达86%。若采用超声催化合成,反应时间缩短至3h,产率达89.1%。用IR对目标产物进行了结构表征。
The 4-glycineacetophenone is synthesized with yield of 86% by using 4-aminoacetophenone and
chloroacetic as raw materials in the solvent of 4 mol·L^(-1) aqueous sodium carbonate. The reaction conditions:
mol ration of 4-aminoacetophenone/chloroacetic acid is 1.0:1.2, reaction time is 6 h, reaction temperature is
90'C. If the ultrasonic is applied in the reaction, the reaction time will be shortened to 3 h and the yield of
product will achieved 89. 1%. The structure of compound is identified by IR.
