摘要
就如何提高人才质量做了四个方面的阐述 ,即教育观念的转变、教学方式的改进、师资力量的加强和学生实践能力的提高。
This paper makes elaboration on the four problems of talent quality′s improvement in vocation al schools.The problems include:We should change education′s concept,improve teaching pattern,enhance teachers force and increase student′s practical ability.
