摘要
入世后,我国现行外资政策法规与WTO规则仍存在一些不相容的地方。为了适应入世需要,必须根除错误观念,优化投资环境,转变政府职能,认真研究WTO规则及其例外,为内外资企业竞争构造统一平台。
The paper,after pointing out that some of the current foreign investment policies and regulations are contradictive to the WTO regulations,argues that it is imperative to make a good study of the WTO regulations and their exceptional cases so as to offer an unified platform for competition between domestic and foreign enterprises.To realize that purpose entails optimizing the invest-ment environment and shifting the government functions.
