摘要
近年来随着中国企业在国际市场的日益活跃,中国产品已成为国际反倾销的最大受害者。在针对个体企业的反倾销调查中,被调查企业通常具有强烈的应诉动机;但在针对整个行业的反倾销讼案中,个体企业往往不愿积极应诉,普遍存在“搭便车”的心理。规避反倾销调查只是权宜之计,反倾销的根本出路在于强化行业协会组织。
The paper,based on a survey of the anti-dumping cases with individual enterprises in the Color TV sector,finds out that those enterprises involved in the case were strongly motivated to react against the anti-dumping investigation,but showed reluctance when the case was involved in the sector as a whole,hoping to take'hitchhiking'.The paper points out that it is a makeshift to shun anti-dumping investigation for the individual enterprises while the ultimate way out is to strengthen the guild which can display a more effective role in anti-dumping investigation.
