摘要
国外对我国反倾销此起彼伏,反倾销已是我国出口贸易的“拦路虎”,本文从国际环境原因及国内自身原因着手,针对企业、行业和政府三个层面情况进行分析,并提出反倾销的对策和措施。
In the past years,a number of anti-dumping cases against China's exports place barriers to China's international trade.The paper,with an analysis of the overall environment and intrinsic causes,holds that some countermeasures against the anti-dump-ing actions can be taken for reference by Chinese enterprises,the industries concerned and the Government as well.
