摘要
建立循环冷却水动态模拟实验装置是评价水质、药剂的直接手段。循环水动态模拟实验装置采用计算机控制,控制系统采用上下位机结构,硬件采用工控机和嵌入式控制器,软件采用通用组态软件iFix。系统结构合理,简单可靠,维修方便。
The direct way to evaluate water quality and water treamment agent was to establish circulating cooling water dynamic test device controlled by computer. The structure of the control system was supervisor and local control. In the control system, the industrial control computer and embedded controller were adopted as hardware and the universal configuration software iFix as control software. The structure of control system was logical, simple and reliable, which could be maintained easily.
