摘要
采用振声技术 ,对 2D12型往复式压缩机气阀的 3种故障 (弹簧失效、阀片断裂、阀片密封不严 )进行声检测 ,基于气阀的振声特征 。
A sound inspection was made of the three faults ( spring failure, valve cracking, valve leakage ) of the gas valves of 2D12 type reciprocating compressors using vibration sound technology, and based on the characteristics of the vibration sound of the gas valves, the sound spectrum diagnosis method was used to diagnose the faults of the gas valves.
