摘要
采用新型的激光测量仪器—粒子动态分析仪(PDA)对水力旋流器内固液两相流中的固粒速度场及其粒度的分布规律进行了测试,首次获得了旋流器内固粒浓度的实测分布规律;并对涉及到水力旋流器分离机理的固相粒子分离过程、“溢流跑粗”、器壁易受磨损的主要原因等问题作了分析,提出了一些新观点。
An experimental investigation on the montion of solid particles in the two phases flow field of hydrocyclone was carried out with a new type laser measuring instrument——Particle Dynamics Analyzer (PDA), and the concentration profiles of solid particles were obtained. Some problems refering to the separating mechanism of hydrocyclone, such as the separating process of solid particles, the heavy particles passing through the overflow outlet and the principal reason of the wall wear, were discussed in this paper. Furthermoer some new points of view for them were presented.
