摘要
通过叶轮回转面的理想流场计算,用零载荷“库塔”条件缪正其出口流场,用中问流面平均流动参数计算前向多叶风机滑移系数,并与实测值相比较,证明它是一种计算滑移系数的有效方法,另外,在B.Eck公式基础上,综合考虑了流量、全压、转速等气动参数对前向多叶风机滑移系数的影响,提出了以比转数为修正因子的新估算公式。
In this paper, one calculational method of slip coefficient of forward-multi-blade fan use middle stream line parameter to calculate, which come from idea flow field calculation of blade-to-blade in rotor, and modify it with zero load condition in exit. Comparing it's value to test value of slip coefficient, it was proved to be a thinking method. And this paper use specific ratio speed as a modify factor, bring forward a new formula, which consist with test value and could be calculate easily for designing fans.
