摘要
对活性染料FBN蓝,3BS红,3RS黄拼染工艺进行试验,讨论烧碱和食盐用量对染料固色率的影响,并与M型活性染料,KNB黑、3BS红和3RS黄拼染的颜色以及士林染料染色进行不同灯光下的变色比较、牢度比较、成本比较。生产实践证明,该组合工艺操作简便,质量稳定,转灯变化小,牢度好,价格较低。
Through the combination dyeing with FBE Blue , 3BS Red and 3RS yellow , the effect of salt and caustic soda on the dye fixing rate was discussed . The color change in different light, fastness and cost of combination dyeing with FBN Blue , 3RS Red and 3RS yellow , dyeing with M type reactive dye , combination dyeing with KNB Black , 3RS Red and 3RS Yellow and dyeing with Indanthrene dyes were compared . The production practice showed that the simple technique operation , stable quality , small color change in different light, good fastness and low price were improved .
