摘要 PAFP烟气脱硫技术是利用天然磷矿石和氨为原料,在烟气脱硫过程中直接生产磷铵复合肥料的回收法脱硫技术。其工艺过程主要由吸附、萃取、中和、吸收、氧化、浓缩干燥等单元操作组成。目前,总体技术达到:总脱硫效率≥95%,磷矿石的萃取率>90%,肥料总养分含量(N+P_2O_5)≥35%。经济分析表明,当烟气中SO_2浓度≥2200ppm,可望获利。 Phosphate ammoniate fertilizer process (PAFP)is developed for flue gas desulphuri-zation in which SO2 is removed and ammonium phosphate compound fertilizer is produced simultaneously by using natural phosphate ore and ammonia as feedstock. The process mainly consists of adsorption, extraction, neutralization,absorption, oxidation, concentration and drying. The technological indexes were reached of >95% overall desul-phurization efficiency, >90% phosphate extraction and> 35% total nutrient (N + P2O5) content in the product fertilizer. The economical analysis show shat PAFP will be profitable when SO2 concentration of flue Has is > 2200 ppm.
