摘要
作者试图从制酸工艺学角度探讨水泥与硫酸两个装置的两种工艺的内在联系,从窑气的特点出发,阐明窑气制酸的工艺特点。本文阐述了:1.窑气组成的计算方法及窑气组成与熟料热耗的定量关系;2.窑气中的CO的爆炸界限;3.窑气净化工艺及有关计算;4.窑气中CO对SO_2转化的影响;5.窑气中的H_2及Cn Hm对吸收的影响;6.硫的收率及硫的循环;7.成品酸质量。作者认为:电除雾器的使用对生产安全不存在威胁;无电除尘器的装置不宜采用典型的酸洗净化操作方式;窑气中SO_3很少的说法需要重新认识;NO的存在不是影响SO_3吸收的直接原因。
The author tries to approach the internal relations between cement and H2SO4 process from the angle of acid technology and explain the process characteristics of acid production from the kiln gas from the characteristics of kiln gas. This article expounds ( 1 ) calculation method for kiln gas composition and quantitative relation between kiln gas composition and heat consumption of clinker, ( 2 )explosive limits of gas mixture containing CO and O2, (3) kiln gas cleaning process and relevant calculations, (4).effect of CO in kiln gas on SO2 conversion, (5) effect of H2 and C2Hm in kiln gas on SO3 absorption, ( 6 )yield and recycle of S and ( 7 )quality of product acid. The author deems that use of wet electrostatic precipitator won't endanger operating safety, the typical acid washing process can' t be used for kiln gas cleaning without dry electrostatic precipitator, the saying about that there is little SO3 in kiln gas should be reconsidered, and the presence of NO is not a direct cause of disturbing SO3 absorption.
