贵溪冶炼厂富氧熔炼后的烟气制酸情况

摘要 贵溪冶炼厂的富氧熔炼于1990年7月30日投入使用。制氧站能力为6500标m^3/h。闪速炉的铜精矿加入量由44t/h增加到59t/h。硫酸产量的增长率为5.16%。铜和硫酸的能耗明显下降。进转化器的SO_2浓度平均由7.69%提高到8.99%。转化率平均为99.5%。富氧熔炼后,烟气中SO_3含量增加,使净化工序空塔循环酸的浓度和废酸抽出量都大幅度增加。 The transformation of conventional copper smelting to oxygen-enriched process with a 6500Nm3/h oxygenerator is described. The copper concentrate fed into flash furnace increases from 44t/h to S5t/h and the sulphuric acid output increases 5.16%, while the energy consumption for both copper and sulphuric acid production decreases significantly. On an average, SOz content in the converter feed is increased from 7.69% to 8.89% and a 99.5% conversion of SO2 is reached. However, SOs content of the smelter off-gas and consequently, the con-centra'ion of acid circulating through the empty tower in purification system and the amount of spent acid to be disposed are considerably increased.
