摘要
以含PVA的印染废水为处理对象,用管式电凝聚器对其先进行预处理,再经生物曝气、生物接触氧化处理。试验结果表明管式电凝聚器在pH=5,I=0.748A/dm2,t=5min的操作条件下,COD的去除率大约为50%左右,电解后出水可生化性明显改善,电解出水进入生物处理单元运行稳定,效率大大提高,最终出水COD达到100mg/L左右。
PVA printing & dyeing wastewater treatment by biological process after eletrocoagulation was studied. The results indicated that its removal effciency of COD can reach to about 50% under the conditions of pH=5, I=0.748A/dm2, t=5min by z tube type eletrocoagulator. It can greatly improve biodegradability of PVA wastewater after eletrocoagulatin. The effluent of the eletrocoagulator made the biological treatment operating stably, the efficiency improving greatly, the final COD in the effluent was about 100mg/L.
