摘要
目的 探讨对柯兴综合征的B超诊断与分的。 方法 在 40例中有 42个肾上腺经外科手术探查 ,其中超声检出肿瘤 32个 ,手术检出肿瘤 34个 ,均经病理证实。 结果 超声无假阳性 ,但有假阴性 ,左右肾上腺各一个 ,均为双肿瘤漏诊。本组敏感性为 91.42 %,特异性为 10 0 %,诊断正确率为 85 .31%。 结论 超声诊断对由功能性肿瘤引起的柯兴综合征有定位、确诊价值。
Objective Explore the diagnosis and analysis of Kexing syndrome by ultrasound B.Methods Through clinical surgical exploration there are 42 adrenal glands in 40 cases,32 cases tumors to be found out by ultrasound B,34 cases by surgical treatment,all confirm from pathology.Results Ultrasound B has none false positive but have false negative.Both of left and right adrenal glands each get one, all double tumors mission diagnosis.Sensitivity is 91.42%,particularity is 100%,and diagnosis correctness rate is 85.31% in this group.Conclusion Ultrasound B diagnosis has value of position determination diagnosis on Kexing syndrome caused by functional tumor.
