摘要
分析了地铁杂散电流的产生、影响因素及危害,讨论了目前地铁所采用监测与防治杂散电流系统存在的问题。研制了地铁杂散电流综合监测与防治系统,建立了一套分布式计算机监测系统网络,可以实时在线监测地铁全线的杂散电流分布及对周围金属结构物的腐蚀情况,并能够根据监测的情况控制排流柜的排流,使其达到最佳的排流效果,彻底消除了极性排流的负作用。设计新型的单向导通装置,解决了打火烧轨道的现象,单向导通装置能够直接与监测系统网络连接,操作人员可以实时监测其工作状态,提高了设备的可靠性。
Stray currents cause the corrosion of underground metal pipelines and sheaths of the cable. With an analysis of the occurrence of stray currents in metro, the author discusses the traditional measurement against stray current corrosion in metro and other existing problems, introduces a new system that can monitor and control stray current corrosion by using distributed computer network. In order to eliminate the damage caused by excess drainage current, an automatic drainage arrangement is developed that can regulate and limit the drainage current. The author also introduces a new type of device to solve the flow of current in one direction without creating electric spark, which is a part of the aforesaid monitor and control system of stray current corrosion in metro.
