摘要
分析1983年～1991年用M型及二维超声心动图诊断的13例心脏粘液瘤,其中左房粘液瘤12例,左房及左室粘液瘤1例,10例经手术及病理证实。详细描述了心脏粘液瘤的超声心动图特征以及与心腔内其它占位性病变如血栓、感染性心内膜炎赘生物形成、其它心脏肿瘤和心外恶性肿瘤心腔内转移的鉴别要点。认为超声心动图诊断本病优于其它影象检查,可作为本病的首选诊断方法。
In this article, analysis is made of 13 cases of cardiac myxoma. diagnosed by M-mode and Two-dimensional echocardiography from 1983 to 1991. Among the cases, there were 12 patients with left atrial myxoma and 1 patient with left atrial and ventricular myxoma. The cases of them were proved surgically and pathologically. The echocardiographic characteristics of cardiac myxoma and the differential points of cardiac myxoma which differs from other occupying lessions in the cardiac chambers, such as thrombus and the formation of vegetation of the infectious endocarditis, and other tumors of the heart and metastatic tumors from extracardiac malignant tumors are described in details. It is thought that the echocardiograpic examination to the cardiac myxoma is superior to the other image examinations. It may be the first method of choice in diagnosis of cardiac myxoma.
