摘要
报告了134名7～14岁正常儿童多普勒超声心动图测定的房室瓣口和半月瓣口的血流参数结果。主动脉瓣、肺动脉瓣、二尖瓣、三尖瓣的峰值血流速度分别为88～150cm/s,68～106cm/s,66～120cm/s,35～77cm/s。绝大多数血流参数左、右心室间差异非常显著。并探计了血流参数与年龄、心率的关系。
This paper reports intracardiac hemodynamic parameters in the orifice of atrioventricular and semilunar valves in 135 normal children aged 7 to 14 years measured by pulsed doppler echocardiography. The peak values of blood flow velocity of aortic, pulmonary, mitral, tricuspid valve were 85-150cm/s, 68-106cm/s, 66-120cm/s, and 35-77cm/s, respectively. There was significant difference in most of hemodynamic parameters between left and right ventricle. The correlation between hemodynamic parameters and age, heart rate is approached.
